Where we deliver

We currently deliver across India to all serviceable PIN codes.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within [1–2] business days of being confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During festivals and sales, dispatch may take a little longer.

Shipping charges

Orders above ₹499 ship free. Orders below ₹499 have a flat shipping charge of ₹100. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to ₹5000 at serviceable PIN codes. COD fee is ₹200 

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send the tracking details by SMS / email / WhatsApp. 

You can also track it from My Account → Orders or on our rack Order page.

Delivery attempts

The courier will try to deliver your order up to 2–3 times. If they can’t reach you, the parcel may be sent back to us. In that case, we can re-ship it once you pay the shipping charges again, or refund the order minus the shipping costs. Prepaid orders only.

Damaged parcels

If the outer package looks badly damaged or tampered with or is leaking when it arrives, please don’t accept it, or take clear photos before opening it. Then contact us within 48 hours see our Refund & Return Policy.

Wrong address

Please check your address and phone number before placing your order. We can’t be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away. We can update the address before the order is dispatched.
